Adult Classes
Results driven strength and conditioning program with high intensity intervals incorporating functional fitness. This class consists of a combination of weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics to produce a high calorie burn workout and provide clients with life changing results.

Personal Training
Effective training tailored to the clients’ needs. One hour and half hour session options are available.

Small Group Training
Customized training for individuals in a small group setting. Enjoy the accountability of your coach, AND your small group of peers!
