FortFIT & HIIT Classes

Results-driven strength and conditioning program with high-intensity intervals incorporating functional fitness.  This class consists of a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight movements,  and metabolic conditioning to produce a high-calorie burn workout and provide clients with life-changing results.

Enjoy a community atmosphere that can challenge you and push you to be your best with a supportive group that is working towards their goals along with you.  Each class is coach-led to guide you from the beginning warm-up to the end stretch session. Classes are fueled with popular music mixes curated specifically for fitness by popular DJs.

FortFIT/HIIT Saturday : 8am
