YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

Our Youth Athletic Training program is built to transform young athletes (ages 8–14) into well-rounded, confident performers ready to dominate any sport. Led by experienced, passionate coaches in a supportive, high-energy environment, this class focuses on developing essential athletic qualities through fun, progressive, and safe training that builds both physical skills and mental toughness.

 

Each coach-led session targets key areas of athletic development:

  • Speed & Agility — Explosive acceleration, top-end sprinting, quick cuts, and reactive change-of-direction drills using ladders, cones, and sport-specific patterns to help kids move faster and smarter on the field or court.

  • Strength & Power — Age-appropriate compound movements and foundational Olympic lifting variations (squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans, and more) to build raw strength, explosive power, and functional muscle

  • Stamina & Cardio/Pulmonary Endurance — Game-like conditioning circuits, interval sprints, and high-intensity work that boosts aerobic and anaerobic capacity, teaching kids to maintain high performance from the first whistle to the last.

  • Mobility, Balance, Coordination & Accuracy — Dynamic warm-ups, corrective mobility drills, single-leg stability work, balance challenges, and precision-based exercises to improve movement quality, joint health, injury resilience, and body control for better overall athleticism.​

We emphasize compound lifts and power-focused training to develop strength and explosiveness while incorporating plyometrics, bodyweight mastery, and functional movements that build lean, athletic muscle without early burnout.
