gym ACCESS
Our 24/7 Access Gym is equipped with squat racks, free-weights, free-weight machines, pin-loaded machines, dumbbells, cable system, and cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, and stepper). We offer a clean, air-conditioned environment, and with the addition of our new skylights, full of natural light. No matter your goal, we have the equipment to get you there.
group training
Results driven strength and conditioning program with high intensity intervals incorporating functional fitness. This class consists of a combination of weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics to produce a high calorie burn workout and provide clients with life changing results.
youth athletic training
Our youth classes are designed to develop young athletes in all areas of fitness: speed, agility, strength, cardio and pulmonary endurance, stamina, mobility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. These classes will help students become a more well-rounded athlete.
personal training
Effective training tailored to the clients’ needs. One hour and half hour session options are available. Whatever your goal is we can help you get there, whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior, beginning your fitness journey or just need a change of pace from what you have been doing. Allow one of our trainers to create a safe, personal, challenging program that will get you results!
