24/7 GYM ACCESS

Our 24/7 Access Gym is equipped with squat racks, free-weights, free-weight machines, pin-loaded machines, dumbbells, cable system, and cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, and stepper).  We offer a clean, air-conditioned environment, and with the addition of our new skylights, full of natural light. No matter your goal, we have the equipment to get you there.

FORTFIT & HIIT CLASSES

Results driven strength and conditioning program with high intensity intervals incorporating functional fitness. This class consists of a combination of weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics to produce a high calorie burn workout and provide clients with life changing results.

SEMI-PRIVATE
PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions focus on lifting weights, building muscle, and improving performance. Your coach will make a structured and adjustable 4-week program (we adjust to the individual) for a fun, challenging workout. A combination of strength and metabolic training + nutrition and lifestyle changes is the fastest way to results.

YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

Our youth classes are designed to develop young athletes in all areas of fitness: speed, agility, strength, cardio and pulmonary endurance, stamina, mobility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.  These classes will help students become a more well-rounded athlete.
