We offer ONLINE TRAINING options too! Whether you want 1-1 customized training with your own personal coach or to follow a pre-made training program that focuses on your goal. The online training option gives you the flexibility to workout on your own schedule while still getting professional programming and feedback from your coach.

BUNS,GUNS AND CORE
A 4-Week Cycle focusing primarily on glutes, arms, and abs for women. Cycles consist of building power, strength, and muscle through three workouts each week. Workouts consists of a STRENGTH, MUSCLE BUILDING, and BURN 🔥🔥🔥 section to get you results. Hip Mobility exercises included to ensure maximum glute activation. This program comes with two training options: Semi-Private Training Online Training Both include access to our private mobile app. Access to program is a recurring 4-week membership. No Refunds. A nutrition add-on is also available
ENDURANCE: ECHO BIKE
If you are looking to improve your performance on the ECHO bike in WODs or just need a good conditioning program, this program is for you no matter your fitness level.
This is a 7-week evergreen program consisting of an initial test day to find your base, then 5 weeks (2 days/week) of alternating training days:

Monday on Week 1 & 7 are test days
Monday on Weeks 2-6 focus on volume building
Thursdays focus on increasing race pace intervals

4 WEEK TENNIS ELBOW PROGRAM
A comprehensive 4-week program designed to address Tennis Elbow (lateral Epicondylitis) through myofascial release, mobility, stretching, and strength exercises. The program aims to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent flare-ups. Each week includes 7 days of structured activities, with considerations for reducing inflammation and activities to avoid. The program progresses gradually to avoid overloading the affected tissues. Program will include 6-week access to program on CoachRx app plus e-book.
