BUNS GUNS AND CORE
The Buns, Guns, And CORE program is a BODY TRANSFORMATION program for women that focuses primarily on building muscle and definition in the glutes, shoulders, arms (biceps/triceps), and abdominals.
You will recieve a new workout every 4 weeks via our program training app, that increases strength/power, builds muscle, shapes and defines the body.
Get the most out of your workout with handpicked exercises that have the highest EMG (Electromyography) activity for each muscle group, using a combination of compound and isolation movements to stress the muscles differently. Plus, other variables, such as time-under-tension, isometric holds, pulses, etc. to make sure you get the best results!
What you get in this program:

-Access to 5 Workouts each week. 20 workouts total. (3 Resistance Training & 2 Cardio)
-New cycle every 4 weeks — Allows us to build and monitor progress, while introducing new stimilus and movements to keep things varied and challenging.
-Slight variations to exercises to keep it new and interesting, challenging the body without always adding more weight and stress on our joints
-Access to our client mobile app to log and track results. Also a means of communication with your coach. You can also connect your other health apps (Apple, Myfitnesspal, etc.) for all your health data in one place.
-Mobility exercises to ensure full range of motion through movements to achieve peak activation and best results

We have two membership options for this program:

Semi-Private - 12 sessions with your coach in-person at a scheduled time. This gives you more focused attention from your coach to watch proper form and push you to work harder for best results.

Online training app **- A more flexible approach to work out on your own schedule, but still having the benefit of a coach at your fingertips. Message your coach directly in the app if you have any questions.
** At least one 1-1 session is required to go over and review the app, how to log results, and discuss anything with your coach that is important for them to know and see how you move through basic movements.
We also offer a Nutrition Plan Add-on to help you achieve your best results faster that will help you build muscle, increase your energy, eat for an ideal body composition rather than a number on the scale.
A 24/7 gym membership is required.
