ENDURANCE: ECHO BIKE

Our ENDURANCE: ECHO BIKE program is designed to increase work capacity and performance to help you improve your performance in your WODs or just give you a structured conditioning program to improve your cardiovascular fitness.

This program is for all ages and levels of fitness, whether beginning your first training program or looking to improve an already well-established foundation.  

​

The program is two days a week, consisting of an initial test and retest at the beginning and end of the program, a volume building day, and  interval day at/above test pace. 

Here are the key benefits of this program using the Rogue Echo Bike:

  • Full-Body Workout — Unlike traditional stationary bikes that primarily target the legs, the Echo Bike engages your upper body (arms, shoulders, back) and lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves) simultaneously through the moving handles and pedals. This increases overall muscle activation, builds muscular endurance across multiple groups (including core for stability), and creates a more comprehensive conditioning effect.

  • High Calorie Burn and Fat Loss — The fan-based resistance scales with your effort—the harder you push/pull, the more resistance you face. This leads to extremely high calorie expenditure in short sessions, making it one of the most efficient tools for fat loss, metabolic conditioning, and weight management. Program is delivered through the CoachRx app and can be completed on your own schedule.  Access to the program via the CoachRx app is limited to the length of the program.
