Randy McKee

Randy McKee - Trainer
Crossfit Level 2 Certified Trainer

Randy was introduced to sports as a child while growing up in Fairhope, AL. His love for sports really started in middle and high school where he played football and baseball. After high school he joined the United States Coast Guard and is currently still active as a Chief Petty Officer.

Randy started Crossfit in 2011 on his own and instantly became hooked on main site WODs. While searching out CrossFit boxes, he met a great friend, who had recently became a CF1 and he soon became his first evening client. Almost immediately after he started he knew Crossfit gave him the fitness and strength he wanted and loved. This pursued him to become a Certified Crossfit Trainer in 2011. Once certified he knew he wanted to help others improve their fitness and become stronger in and out of the box. He, along with his wife, Stephanie started the first OnRamp class at a local box in 2011 where they had the pleasure of coaching individuals of all levels and ages.

In December 2012, he deployed to Bahrain with the Coast Guard. To keep CrossFit a part of his lifestyle and continue to help individuals become healthier, Randy helped establish CrossFit Bahrain.

Randy became a Level 2 Certified Crossfit Trainer in October 2016 and he is very excited to be a part of TFX Crossfit. He is looking forward to sharing his passion and knowledge of weightlifting and fitness to all individuals!
