Youth Athletic Training

1 hour | Starting at $100

Ages 12-17. This class expands on fundamentals learned in the Rookie Athletes class while maintaining the strong emphasis of functional fitness. These athletes will work to improve their speed, agility, core strength and flexibility, improve gymnastic skills, learn technique in weightlifting, and develop strength and stamina using a combination of bodyweight exercises, power lifting, olympic lifting, and plyometrics.

Rookie Athletic Training

1 hour | Starting at $100

Ages 6-11. The focus is on making fitness fun while introducing all concepts of functional fitness. These athletes will work to improve their speed, agility, core strength and flexibility, improve gymnastic skills, learn technique in weightlifting, and develop strength and stamina using bodyweight exercises.

Sculpt

1 hour | Starting at $99

A class designed to use light weights (bars and handheld), resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and tone your body by encouraging the development of lean muscle while burning body fat. We jam out to awesome music while making the muscles burn the body fat away!

HIIT

1 hour | Starting at $99

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) includes workouts that alternate between high intensity bursts of activity and either fixed periods of low intensity activity or periods of rest. If you’re ready to show up and work hard and burn some calories this is the program for you! You’ll shed body fat while building your cardiovascular, pulmonary, and muscular endurance.

CrossFit

1 hour | Starting at $99

Group Fitness classes following the crossfit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high level of intensity. Receive top rate coaching while getting into the best shape of your life through a combination of weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning exercises

Personal Training

30 minutes and over | Starting at $30-$60 per session

1-on-1 or small group sessions with a trainer that is centered around individual abilities and goals. Most clients choose our hour sessions; however, express 30 minute sessions are also available.
